So, what's your (the Admins) all-time favorite Stridercest fic, with your headcanons?

For alpha!Stridercest, it’s Elevator Music. The banter was pretty much perfect, and the sex was real. The Haunting of Ill House was incredible for BroDave. I really like Flowers For the Living (BroDavesprite), Hypothesis (DirkDavesprite), and I once read a fic that I hAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO STOP THINKING ABOUT calle The Phi Timeline or something like that. au BroDave.
I mean, there’s a LOT more like wow but there you go. Did you want more headcanons, or were you looking for fics WITH my headcanons?

Pfft, what type of question is that? WITh headcanons of course! (But I must agree, I haven't found many people that have read Elevator Music. All time favorite of mine.)
Man, I think Elevator Music (that whole series really) was legit the only fic I could/can think of that was 100% accurate to my headcanons of those two. Hypothesis definitely a close one. People Don’t Do That would be another one pretty damn accurate. Not Allowed, for definite, uhhh Close Enough. Can you tell I kinda like my Striders tragic?

As far as I’m aware, he mostly lost inspiration and stopped writing altogether, as well as drifted away from the fandom a bit! He never made an official announcement, but his personal blog suggested that he’d probably not continue it. Since then, he’s had to leave tumblr for personal reasons, so I don’t think it’ll ever be finished unless someone gets permission to pick it up for him!

Ahh I’m personally a huge DirkRoxy shipper, I even started contributing a bit to it. DaveRose is fuckin great too, DaveJohn, BroJohn (maybe not Dirk who knows), and a little JakeDave. I like a lot of DirkJake works, but I was never way into the ship for some reason?

In response to your concern about sourcing the femStriders, I wanted to say that I'm good friends with the artist, An (previous url Freinne), and that she submitted it to our Smuturday blog, and that's why it isn't on her art blog! I'm also not sure if she'll be posting anymore on her art blog, but she hasn't deleted anything from it yet, so if you want to source it back to that blog you can. ;u; I don't think she minds too much
